Dwight Larkin is the Assistant Director of IPS Retail Trading. Responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of NML's retail trading desk. Products traded include stocks, options, all fixed income, and Unit Investment Trusts. Dwight also oversees the Corporate & Executive Services area where employee stock options and restricted stock transactions take place as well as the OTC hedging of concentrated stock positions. In addition to these, Dwight is responsible for the LoanAdvance lending product. He is also the options strategy lead at the trading desk.

Larkin joined Northwestern Mutual in October of 2001.

Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, spent 8 years in the pits at the Chicago Board of Trade, most of them as an independent market maker in grain and US Govt debt commodity options.

Larkin was a Northwestern Mutual College Agent for 3 years at the Schwertfeger Agency in Milwaukee while getting his B.S. in Finance at Carroll College in Waukesha, WI.  He holds NASD Series 4, 7, 24, 53, and 63 securities licenses, and FLMI and is working towards his CFA designation

Larkin resides in Whitefish Bay, with his wife and 2 kids (Connor 6 and Grace 3).  His hobbies include competitive running and playing guitar in an all-Northwestern Mutual band.
