Deborah (Deb) Bond works at Mercer, an HR, outsourcing, and investment global consulting firm. She joined Mercer in 2001 in their Washington, DC office, and transferred to the Milwaukee office in 2004. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park and studied History. She served on the Board of Directors for the Washington Area Dart Association and was responsible for founding a women's only dart league for the same group, and hosting several dart training camps for members. While in DC and Maryland she volunteered for several political campaigns, and helped petition to get a baseball team back in our Nation's capital. For a few years she was also an event planner, specializing in weddings. She is looking forward to playing an active part in the future growth and development of the city of Milwaukee.
